Riot police called in to deal with Occupy San Francisco via OccupyPix
SF Gate reported:
Several hundred Occupy protesters massed at the downtown San Francisco headquarters of Wells Fargo Bank on Tuesday to disrupt a shareholders meeting, including a dozen who got into the session and called out grievances before being led away.
One minute after the 1 p.m. meeting on the 15th floor began, a protester stood and began shouting that the bank should pay its “fair share of taxes.” Two women denounced Wells Fargo for investing in private prisons and pursuing home foreclosures.
All three were escorted out by security, as were several others after them. In all, about a dozen were evicted from the meeting, which ended at 1:40 p.m.
According to MSNBC riot police arrested six people involved in the protest, so far.
